📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of flagship stores in Jakarta Utara, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance store performance and customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with regional managers and corporate headquarters to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits and reviews to assess performance and address any issues.
• Represent Transsion at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the mobile technology industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
