📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing export orders and client relationships
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists
• Support the export team in market research and analysis
• Assist in organizing trade shows and exhibitions
• Learn and apply industry-standard software such as SAP and Salesforce
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records and reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of export/import procedures and international trade regulations
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
