📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Measure and estimate quantities of materials, equipment, and labor for construction projects
- Prepare accurate and detailed quantity survey reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget adherence
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quantities and identify any discrepancies
- Prepare and present cost reports to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues related to quantities and costs
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in using quantity survey software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
