In this role, you'll oversee a team of analysts, coordinate with international partners, and develop cutting-edge intelligence products. You'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that mitigate risks and seize opportunities in a complex global landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of intelligence analysts, ensuring they deliver high-quality, timely intelligence reports.
• Develop and implement intelligence collection and analysis strategies to support global security objectives.
• Coordinate with international partners, government agencies, and private sector clients to gather and share intelligence.
• Utilize advanced intelligence tools and software, including SentinelOne, IBM QRadar, and ThreatConnect, to analyze and disseminate intelligence.
• Conduct threat assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Present intelligence findings to senior leadership and clients, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging threats and trends in the global security landscape, and adapt our intelligence operations accordingly.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Political Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a track record of success in high-stakes environments.
• Certifications in intelligence analysis, such as the CIA's Analyst Training Program or FBI's National Intelligence Analyst Training Program.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams of intelligence analysts.
• Strong understanding of international law, geopolitical dynamics, and global security issues.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with intelligence tools and software, including SentinelOne, IBM QRadar, and ThreatConnect.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
