📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support and maintain software applications, including ERP, CRM, and accounting systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
• Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our infrastructure.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and software applications.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or accounting software is a plus.
