📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement energy management strategies aligned with ISO 50001 standards.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data using advanced tools like EnergyPlus and Green Building Studio.
• Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities for energy savings.
• Coordinate with various departments to implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and certifications.
• Train and educate employees on sustainability and energy conservation practices.
• Collaborate with external partners and consultants to enhance energy efficiency.
• Report on energy performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management and sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 50001, ISO 14001, and other relevant international standards.
• Proficiency in using energy analysis software such as EnergyPlus and Green Building Studio.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
