📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems for the toll road project
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification to prevent accidents and environmental impacts
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local Indonesian standards)
- Train and supervise project teams on safety procedures and environmental best practices
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure project approvals and permits
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for the construction site
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project organization
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus
