📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent for the organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners.,Conduct job analyses and create effective job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the organization's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for recruiters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment software is a plus.
