📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a high-quality workforce.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.,Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
