In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and condition, and coordinate repairs and servicing as needed.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet staff as needed.,Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet activities and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with healthcare industry and regulations is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
