Build and manage a vibrant creator ecosystem on our Web3 and social media platforms.,Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top creators.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our platform and creator initiatives.,Monitor and analyze platform performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Foster a sense of community among creators and users, driving engagement and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Web3 and social media.,Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our platform and creator content.,Provide guidance and support to creators, helping them to grow and succeed on our platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Web3 or social media space.,Proven track record of success in building and managing creator ecosystems.,Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Passion for Web3, social media, and community building.
