📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor and control inventory and costs.

Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

Participate in regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Proven track record of managing restaurant operations effectively.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
