📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
