In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,A strong understanding of food and beverage preparation, with the ability to oversee the kitchen and service teams.,A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.,A clean driving record and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
