In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This position is available both on-site in Ciamis, Jawa Barat, and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
