📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Coordinate with team members to complete tasks and projects on time.Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Provide support to the team in resolving operational issues and challenges.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
