🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
