📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.,Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Participate in technical interviews and hiring decisions for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in at least one programming language.,Proven experience as a lead developer or team lead in a software development team.,Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies is a plus.,Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

🛠️ Keahlian
