📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of architects and designers in the conception, design, and realization of residential, commercial, and sustainable projects.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and environmental standards.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and designers within the team.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and regulations.
• Present design concepts and project proposals to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bangka Belitung.
