🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing collections teams and driving recovery rates.
• Strong knowledge of collections management software and tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in collections management or a related field is a plus.
