📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the client base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with virtual assistants to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Utilize project management tools like Trello and Asana to track progress and manage deadlines.
• Conduct regular client meetings using Zoom to discuss project status and gather feedback.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide exceptional client service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Meetyourva team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
