📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the manufacturing process,Support the team in maintaining production schedules and quality standards,Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery,Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the workspace,Help in the preparation of production reports and documentation,Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving sessions,Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members,Support the team in achieving production targets and improving efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus,Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use standard office software,Fluency in Indonesian is required
