Village Gate Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Blora, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes and the efficient management of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage the flow of materials and information throughout the supply chain.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished according to schedule to avoid shortages or excess inventory.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
