📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate insurance and superannuation claims to determine eligibility and coverage.
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary information and documentation for claim processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely claim settlements using our in-house claims management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
• Analyze and report on claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to maintain high standards in claims processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing, settlement, or a similar role in the insurance or superannuation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance and superannuation regulations and policies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with claims management software such as Guidewire or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
