In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the organization and management of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
