📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
