📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries about our services and facilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle front desk transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Assist in organizing and managing office supplies and materials.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
