📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Conduct financial audits and reviews as required.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
