As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and support to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescription orders,Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, including proper dosage, side effects, and storage,Monitor and report medication errors or adverse drug reactions to the pharmacist or supervisor,Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications for hospital or clinic patients,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and patient information,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications in the hospital or clinic setting,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and new medications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role,Familiarity with hospital or clinic pharmacy operations and workflows,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues,Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,Valid pharmacy license or certification, if required by local regulations

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug information systemsProficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systemsExperience with automated dispensing systems or robotic medication systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsCommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
