PT Ekspresi Cakrawala is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store in Matraman, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and meets all display and merchandising standards.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
