Leaf Hub Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and a proactive approach to financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger and financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.,Proven experience in managing financial records and preparing financial statements.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
