📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.,Support the team in managing and organizing daily tasks and activities.,Maintain accurate records and reports to support business operations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of events or activities as needed.,Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing resources.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve processes and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Proactive and willing to learn new skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting with flexibility.
