📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and losses.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian warehouse regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
