📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Supervisor in managing and mentoring team members, providing guidance and feedback.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, including financial and operational reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Support the Supervisor in planning and organizing team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and improvements.,Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role within the finance or business sector.,Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
