PT Prima Tirta is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support in the organization and execution of fleet-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
